Why Cherry Blossoms?
In 2018 I embarked on an ambitious project, creating over 10,000 cherry blossoms for display in six Seattle stores (read more about it here). Such a massive undertaking in very little time didn’t dampen my enthusiasm for this magical bloom, and I’m excited to share my expertise with you. It’s impossible to have too many cherry blossoms!

Crepe coloring mediums such as PanPastels or alcohol markers in shades of pink, yellow, orange, brown, and green
Difficulty Level:
This tutorial offers a delightful experience for all skill levels. Even my eight-year-old niece joined me in creating many of these five-petal blooms and a simple branch. That said, you can be as technical and as detailed as you want by adding color and varying the number of buds and blooming stages to make the cherry blossom branch more interesting to view.
